Terms of Service

In plain English: you're buying a one-time data export, not a subscription or a live feed. Data is accurate as of the export date, a role can close the day after you buy it, and we can't control that. Don't resell or redistribute the list. Because it's a file you can copy, sales are final once it's delivered, check the free sample first, it has every column. This page is a working draft, not legal advice, get a lawyer's pass before you rely on it.

What you're buying

A point-in-time export of the dataset, an Excel workbook listing companies and the roles they have not filled, plus the same data as CSV files, generated from public applicant-tracking-system data at the time of purchase. It is one file, bought once. It is not a live service, a data feed, or a subscription, and no refresh is included unless we have separately agreed one in writing.

Accuracy

Every row reflects the state of a public job board at the time it was checked. Postings can close, reopen, or change at any time after export, we make no warranty that a given role remains open after delivery.

Acceptable use

The list is for your own outreach and research. Don't resell, redistribute, or republish it as your own dataset.

Refunds

This is a digital file that can be copied the moment it's downloaded, so sales are final once delivery has happened. By completing checkout you're asking for immediate access and waiving any withdrawal period that would otherwise apply to digital content. Before you buy, the free sample shows the real file with every column populated, so you can judge the data on the data. If something is broken on our side, a file that won't open, a download link that never arrives, a duplicate charge, email sales@hardtofill.com and we'll put it right.

Liability

The list is provided as-is. We're not liable for hiring, recruiting, or business decisions made using it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, acting as merchant of record. We never see or store your card details.

Who you are buying from

DataRill Dragan Zivkovic sp, Banja Luka, Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Reachable at sales@hardtofill.com, which is read by a person. Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for the transaction and appears on your statement.
